"I noticed the handle on my kitchen faucet was loose, and it was not the the type that could easily be tightened - without the proper tool. I called and had someone at my home within the hour. The kitchen faucet, as well as one in the shower were fixed quickly, yet reasonably priced. No complaints here. Will use them again."
